2. Brainstorming the problem at hand by the RACE members under the guidance of faculty and overall evaluation of the assignment

3. Discussing the same with the client and finalizing it

4. Selection of the team following evaluation done by the IMT faculty

5. Briefing the project team about the project details – to be done by client and a representative from RACE

5. Weekly Project progress updates to be sent to the client

6. Internal Report submission by the student team to RACE

7. Evaluation of the Project by RACE & the Faculty Mentor

8. Submission of the deliverables and the report to the client

What is RACE?

RACE is Research and Consultancy Enterprise managed by students of IMT Ghaziabad, under mentorship of experienced IMT faculty. RACE partners with the clients to provide high quality research, insight and analysis needed to support high stake decisions. RACE has successfully worked with a lot of big organizations and combines its experience with the expertise of its faculty to provide solutions to its clients.

What does RACE do?

RACE partners with its clients to provide them solutions in the following areas: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy and Human Resources. In the past RACE has worked on projects that include market entry strategy, new product development and market research. It can take projects in the areas of marketing, operations, finance, human resources and strategy.

Which are the clients that RACE has already worked with?

RACE has worked with some big national and international brands. It has worked with Amul, Grasim, Bob Martin, Purell to name a few.

How is RACE different from other similar clubs that do projects with organizations?

First of all, RACE is not a club or committee, RACE is a student run enterprise. While the other clubs and committees do a lot of things apart from the projects, the genesis of RACE was to do research and consultancy projects only. This is the only reason we choose the best brains within the college to be a part of the core team who has gained a lot of experience from the early projects done. Every project is carried out under the mentorship of the experienced faculty of the college who has wide industry experience. We make sure that high standards are followed at every step.
